Ordering and Custom Builds

Each Piledriver EPD electric power wheelbarrow is built to order right here at our shop in Bismarck, North Dakota. Our typical build time runs about 2 to 4 weeks from the date your order is placed until your unit is ready for shipment or local pickup.

Payments, Deposits, and Cancellations

We accept payments online through our secure shop checkout. Please check all specs, options, and order details carefully before submitting your order.

• Cancelling an order results in the loss of your deposit.
• Financing is available through our third-party financing partner for buyers who qualify.

Shipping, Delivery, and Inspection

We offer free local pickup at our shop in Bismarck, ND. For buyers outside the area, every Piledriver EPD ships securely in a FedEx Freight box. You can choose to pick up your order at the nearest FedEx Freight dock or have it delivered directly to your location with a lift gate.

• Select your preferred shipping or pickup option in your cart at checkout.
• You must inspect the shipping box for any damage at pickup or delivery before signing for the shipment.

Customer Responsibilities

When ordering equipment or contacting us, you agree to provide accurate, current contact details, shipping addresses, and billing information. You are responsible for reviewing product specifications to ensure the equipment meets your job-site requirements.

Text Messaging Terms

Piledriver EPD by Borderline USA currently does not text customers. If text communications are introduced in the future for order updates or support, standard messaging terms apply.

• You can text STOP to opt out of messages at any time.
• You can text HELP to receive support instructions.
• Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

Limitation of Liability

Piledriver EPD by Borderline USA works hard to provide accurate website information and reliable equipment. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from website use or product operation beyond what is required under state law.
