Shipping & pickup
How long does it take to build and ship my Piledriver EPD?
Current build times are about 2 to 4 weeks because each Piledriver EPD is built to order at our Bismarck shop.
How does FedEx Freight delivery work?
Every machine ships in a FedEx Freight box. You can select pickup at the nearest FedEx Freight dock or direct delivery to your job site with a lift gate.
What must I do when my shipment arrives?
Buyers must inspect the shipping box for any damage at pickup or delivery before signing the freight document.
Can I pick up my machine in person?
Yes, free local shop pickup is available at 960 Industrial Drive, STE A, Bismarck, ND 58501.
Ordering & policies
What color options are available?
The Piledriver EPD comes standard in black or clear coat. You can also request a custom color for an extra $200.
Can I buy replacement parts online?
Replacement parts aren’t sold on our website yet. Call us at (701) 751-2705, or send a parts request through the form on our Contact page, and we’ll get you what you need.
Is equipment financing available?
Yes, equipment financing options are available through Trio Capital so you can get to work right away.
